If you have not done so already, once you have completed your application with hap Solutions, and been successful, please click here to complete the PARiM account request form and we will make you an account within 2 working days.
When we add you to PARiM you will receive an email invite with your login details. This will be your email address and a randomly generated password. When you have logged in the first time you can change your password to something of your choosing.
You can change your password when you log into your account from a computer. From there, click on your name on top right corner and go to My Profile.
Next, if you click on the Login Details, it will open up a window where you can insert your new password.
Alternatively, you can also use the Forgot Password option on the login page which will send a password recovery link to your email. This lets you create a new password for yourself as well.
